Workshop and Class Policies
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required with your registration form.
Tuition is requested in full 10 days before the workshop or class begins. We regret that there can be no refund of tuition if you cancel your reservation.
As we attempt to provide the finest instruction in the longarm quilting business, our tuition prices will vary according to the requirements of each teacher.
Out of respect for our teachers, there is no recording of any kind permitted during our classes -- audio or video.
If you are unable to attend a Longarm U Workshop or Class, we will do
our best to move you to the next available workshop. If that doesn't work,
you can transfer your payment to a Private Class with Cindy Roth at a time
that is convenient for you. If these two options don't work, a refund of
the Workshop / Class fee - less the $100 non-refundable deposit - may be
indicated. Each refund request will be individually evaluated.
When you order any products via our secure web-cart, you will be charged a shipping fee for each item ordered. We will re-calculate the shipping charges to the lowest fee for your order and adjust your final shipping amount. We will never charge more in shipping than what is shown on your bill.
Longarm University® collects personal information for the sole use of processing sales on the internet. You may be asked to enter your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address as necessary to complete your sales transaction. If you furnish your credit card number, the transmission of this information will be completed on a secure server for your protection. Your personal information, including name, address and e-mail addresses, will never be sold, lent or otherwise shared with any third party at any time.
